In Extenso labellisée LUCIE

Since 2023, our Lucie 26 000 label has enhanced the value of our actions and committed us on several levels and in different areas. In accordance with the general principle of continuous improvement, In Extenso prescribes and applies its Responsible Purchasing Charter in order to integrate the CSR dimension into our business relationships.

Read the Responsible Purchasing Charter

The document describes the various commitments, in particular social, environmental and societal commitments, reciprocally applicable by In Extenso and its partners. Its signature and compliance with it are decisive conditions for confirming any commercial purchase or rental relationship.

Commitments to be respected by the partner

At In Extenso’s request, the partner will present the measures implemented to improve its social and environmental practices. It undertakes, if necessary, to implement and communicate improvement plans. In Extenso is in favour of the organisation of exchanges in these areas in order to support, within the limits of its means of action, the partner who commits to a process of progress.

In particular, the partner undertakes to:

  • Comply with all general laws and regulations
  • Adopting a customer approach: it undertakes to treat customers honestly and fairly, maintaining a relationship of mutual trust to encourage the exchange of best practice. It takes particular care to deliver products and services that meet requirements in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.
  • A sustainable strategy
