Payroll
New social parameters applicable from April 1, 2023, have been published
Following the indexation applicable from April 1, 2023, you will find below the new social parameters.
We remind you that this increase of the index is accompanied by the abolition of the energy tax credit (CIE) on March 31, 2023. In practice, it is possible that some employees will see their net salary for April reduced compared to previous months despite the increase in their gross salary.
Finally, it should be noted that at the last Tripartite Coordination Committee of March 3, 2023, it was decided to introduce a new “conjuncture” tax credit (CIC) retroactive to January 1, 2023. However, the modalities of application of this new tax credit have not yet been communicated.
We will come back to you on this subject as soon as we know more!
