Get ready, the social elections are coming up!

The ministerial decree of 13/10/2023 has set the official date for the renewal of staff delegations for the period 2024-2029, which will be 12/03/2024.

The ITM has already published the deadlines to be taken into account for the procedure on its website: Deadlines.

Companies with at least 15 employees during the 12 months prior to 01/02/2024 will have to set up a staff delegation and therefore hold elections.
